💚 Here are the guidelines for general communication. For communication issues, please contact the Head of Communications Niklas Koskela, tg: @viestintapaallikko.

The Head of Communications is not available 24/7, so if you want your event or other message in the weekly newsletter or on the bulletin, please message the Head of Comms early!
As a general guideline:
Better to schedule messages early than asking the Head of Comms to send information out in a rush.
We’ll do our best to get everything sent out on time, but cannot promise that will happen if these guidelines are not followed! Any exceptions to these guidelines are possible.
Athenen torvi and Athene's bulletin are the official information channels of Athene on Telegram. If you are organising an event that is open to all guild members, please make sure that this information is communicated to both channels. Please contact the Head of Communications if you want information on these channels.
Please communicate everything in two languages! This is your responsibility, so please provide your message in both English and Finnish if you are able to, but if you need help with translating something to Finnish, the Head of Comms is able to help. For Finnish to English translation, DeepL is apparently helpful - it works quite well the other way around too. If you feel like doing two languages is unnecessary for some reason (for example if the event is only for international students), please let me know so I know not to expect a translation.
